Privacy Policy

The short version

RetiSquare's retirement and Social Security calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you enter — savings, spending, Social Security benefits, state of residence — are never sent to a server, never stored by us, and are gone as soon as you close or refresh the tab. There is no account required to use the free calculator, so we have no way to connect your inputs to your identity even if we wanted to.

What we don't collect

• Anything you enter into the calculator — financial details, birth year, state, Social Security information — is processed locally in your browser and is never transmitted to us.
• We don't require an account, email address, or any personal information to use the free tier.
• We don't use your calculator inputs for advertising, don't sell data (we don't have any calculator data to sell), and don't share it with third parties, because it never reaches us in the first place.

What we may collect

Website analytics. None. This site does not currently run any analytics or tracking script of any kind — not even privacy-respecting page-view analytics. If that changes, this section will be updated to name the tool and describe exactly what it tracks before it goes live, not after.

Premium account and billing information. Premium is not yet available for purchase. When it launches, this section will describe exactly which payment processor handles your payment, what (if anything) we store for account access and billing, and confirm that card details never touch our systems directly — before Premium goes live, not after.

Feedback you send us. If you use the Feedback page or email us, we retain that correspondence to respond to you and improve the product. We don't use it for any other purpose.

Cookies

RetiSquare does not currently set any cookies — no analytics cookies, no tracking cookies, and no session cookies, since the free calculator requires no login. If Premium introduces account login, that will require a standard session cookie, and this section will be updated to disclose it plainly before that feature ships.

Children's privacy

RetiSquare is not directed at, and is not intended for use by, anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. A material change — for example, moving from local-only calculator storage to any form of server-side data — will come with an active notice on the site, not a silent date change, given how central the current claim is to the product's positioning.
