About
[Placeholder — a real name or team beats "the RetiSquare team" every time on a page whose whole job is credibility]
[One or two sentences: who you are, relevant background if any — e.g. "spent N years in X before building this," or "built this after Y specific experience." If there's no financial-industry credential to lean on, that's fine — plain honesty about being a builder who got frustrated with existing tools is a legitimate story, but it should be specific, not vague.]
Why this exists
[Reuse/adapt the origin story from the Why RetiSquare page's "Why we built this" section, told in first person if it's a single founder. Once real background is available, this section should carry the same detail as that page, not a generic restatement.]
What we believe
- Show the work. A number without its formula is a number you're being asked to trust blindly. We don't think that's good enough for a decision this size.
- Say what we don't know. Every model simplifies something. The honest version says where, instead of hiding it.
- Free should mean something real. The free tier isn't a crippled demo — it's a complete, real projection. Premium adds depth, not a fence around basic usefulness.
Where things stand
RetiSquare is currently in public beta (Beta1). [One or two honest sentences on what that means in practice — e.g. "the core calculator is complete and accurate for the scenarios described on the Methodology page; couple mode, Premium features, and broader state coverage are active work."] See the Changelog for what's shipped and what's next.
